The learned counsel for the appellant submits that since there was no Chairperson in DRAT, Delhi, a writ petition was preferred before the Hon’ble High Court of Rajasthan. He further submits that on the next date before the Hon’ ble High Court, the writ petition will be withdrawn.
List the appeal for 19.04.2022 when a connected appeal is also fixed for hearing.
