This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
An application (I.A. No.902/2022) for bringing on record the LRs of deceased appellant no.1 has been filed. However, learned counsel for the respondent no.1 states that the appellant has not placed correct facts on record, as besides the one LR brought on record by the appellant, there is one more LR, i.e. Mr. Ritul Puri who is son of the deceased appellant. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that he will seek instructions in this regard in writing and will place the same on record along with an affidavit mentioning the reason why he was not included as LR in the application moved for bringing on record the LRs.
List the matter on 11.01.2023 for further proceedings.
