Present Appeal is filed by the Appellant for withdrawal of the amount which he has deposited in the proceedings which took place before the D.R.T.-III, Mumbai. He has filed a separate application for that before the D.R.T. for the same reasons for refund of the amount, therefore, now the Appellant does not want to proceed with this Appeal.
Hence this Appeal is disposed of.
The learned P.O., D.R.T., shall dispose the said application pending before him as expeditiously as possible.
