This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Ld. counsel for the appellant submits that two miscellaneous applications are pending i.e. one (I.A. No.116/2021) for reduction of pre-deposit amount from 50 % to 25 % and the other (I.A. No.215/2021) filed by the bank, for appropriation of amount already deposited.
Let replies of both the applications be filed within six weeks from today. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within four weeks thereafter.
List for 15.12.2022 for further proceedings.
Interim order to continue till then.
