Miscellaneous Appeal No. 361/2019
This is an appeal filed against the impugned order dated 16.07.2019 whereby application for taking on record WS was dismissed by Ld. DRT on the ground that there was delay of more than 100 days.
Ld. Counsel for appellant prays for adjournment for filing medical certificate of the appellant to clarify that he was suffering from Dengue as claimed.
Heard. Let medical certificate be filed before the next date.
