Mr. Saurabh Khushwaha and Mr. Mukesh Anand, Ld. counsels, have put in appearance on behalf of respondents 1 to 4 and respondents no.9 respectively. Let complete set of appeal paper book be supplied to them. Reply be filed within two weeks and rejoinder, if any, be filed within one week thereafter.
Learned counsel for the appellant states that all respondents, except respondent no.8, have been served. Mr. Saurabh Khushwaha states that will seek instructions for appearance on behalf of respondents 5 to 7 also. He requests for issuance of fresh notice to respondent no.8. Let fresh notice be issued to respondent no.8 by all permissible modes for 28.07.2022.
Learned counsel for the respondent bank states that there is an apprehension that the borrowers may press for release of the title deeds before the DRT. Ld. counsel for respondents 1 to 4 states that he will not make any such request before the learned DRT till the next date of hearing fixed before this Tribunal.
