This is an application filed by the applicant seeking transfer S.A. No. 525/2012 from Ld. DRT-III, Delhi to Ld. DRT-II, Delhi.
Ld. Counsel for respondent FI submits that in view of the Gazette Notification dated 04.10.2022 issued by Govt. of India, Department of Financial services, Ministry of Finance, the jurisdiction of DRTs has been changed and the present application has become infructuous.
None has appeared on behalf of applicant.
In view of the aforesaid Gazette Notification and non-appearance of the applicant, the present application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
