Ld. Counsel for appellant states that Ld. DRT has directed to applicant FI to regularize the account and to file the compliance report. He further states that approximately Rs.3,48,659/- as on 01.12.2022 is due against the respondents to regularize the account and that account can only be regularized on receipt of the aforesaid amount from the respondents. He further submits that meanwhile direction be given to the Ld. DRT not to insist the appellant FI for filing the compliance report.
Heard. In the interet of justice, the Ld. P.O. DRT is directed not to insist the appellant FI to file compliance report till the pendency of the present appeal.
List the matter on 20.04.2023 for final arguments.
