This is an appeal filed by the appellant against the order dated 22.09.2022 passed by Ld. DRT-Jaipur whereby it has directed both the parties to maintain status quo.
It is submitted that vide order dated 22.09.2022 Ld. DRT has directed both the parties to maintain status quo.
Ld. Counsel for appellant states that Ld. DRT while granting the status quo order has not considered the legal issues raised by the appellant on the point of limitation and resjudicata.
However, at this stage, Ld. Counsel for appellant states that present appeal would be satisfied if direction are issued to the Ld. DRT to decide all the legal issues in S.A. No. 590/20222 as expeditiously as possible. He further states that the case is coming for 29.11.2022 before Ld. DRT-Jaipur.
Heard. The Ld. DRT-Jaipur is directed to take up S.A. No. 590/2022 on the next date of hearing i.e. 29.11.2022 and decide all the legal issues raised by the Ld. Counsel for appellant on limitation and resjudicata, if it is not possible to take up the matter on the said date, then to take it up immediately thereafter, and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months.
With the above direction, the present appeal stands disposed of.
