This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Appellant is yet to cross the hurdle of pre-deposit. Learned counsel for appellant states that the matter is pending before the DRT where additional documents have been allowed to be placed on record by the DRT against which the present appeal has been filed. According to the bank, the outstanding amount is to the tune of Rs.8 crores and odd and he will file a detailed statement of account by the next date. Let the detailed statement of account be field by the respondent bank so that pre-deposit amount can be calculated.
List the matter 13.12.2022 for consideration of application for wavier of pre-deposit.
