This appeal has been filed against the order dated 01.08.2022 passed by Ld. DRT-Jaipur in S.A. No. 354/2022 whereby he has ordered both parties to maintain status quo .
Ld. Counsel for appellant FI submits that this matter involves Rs. 7.37 crores and he would be satisfied if Ld. DRT is directed to dispose of the matter in a time bound manner.
Ld. Counsel for respondent has no objection to the request made by the Ld. Counsel for the appellant.
Heard. Considering the fact that recovery of huge amount of Rs.7.37 crores is involved in the present matter, the Ld. DRT is directed to dispose of the S.A. as well as the pending applications as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
With the observation, the appeal is disposed of.
