This Tribunal had, vide order dated 10.05.2022 in I.A. No. 60/2022 directed the Appellant to pay a pre-deposit of Rs.3 crores in two equal installments of Rs.1.50 crores each. The first installment was paid within the stipulated time. For the payment of the second installment the Appellant sought time, and vide order dated 29.06.2022 the time was extended by three weeks up to 20.07.2022. Today stands posted for compliance with the payment of the second installment. It is informed that the Appellant has not paid the second instalment and hence, the Appeal stands dismissed automatically.
