Learned counsel for the appellant states that appellant is ready to settle the dispute with the respondent FI.
The date before the learned DRT is stated to be 03.09.2022. Let the parties approach the DRT and the DRT is requested to take up the matter and decide the issue of title of the property at the earliest. In the meanwhile, let the appellant file amended S.A. before the next date.
In view of the above, the appeal stands disposed of.
