This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Appellant has filed the instant appeal against the order dated 04.02.2021 vide which status quo with respect to the property has been granted by the learned DRT.
Learned counsel for the appellant states that the Hon’ble High Court had requested the DRT to consider expeditious disposal of the S.A. No.191/2021, however, despite that and filing of application by the bank for early hearing, the S.A. has not been disposed of. Learned counsel prays for direction to the DRT for the disposal of the S.A. expeditiously in a time-bound manner.
Heard. The next date before the learned DRT is said to be 05.12.2022 The learned DRT is requested to take up the S.A. and the pending applications on the said date, and if it is not possible to take up the matter on the said date, then let the matter be taken up immediately thereafter, and dispose of the same within a period of three months.
With the above direction, the appeal stands disposed of.
