From 25.8.2021, this matter has been coming up for taking steps against Respondent No.1 bank. In spite of that, till today no steps are taken and appellant once again sought for further time.
Despite granting time of more than one year, no interest is evinced by appellant just for taking steps against R1 bank. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant any further time and appeal is dismissed for non prosecution.
