Heard both sides.
Petitioners/Appellants shall deposit Rs.4,50,75,798/-, within 15 days from today i.e., on or before 09.11.2022.
It is made clear that failure to deposit above amount, on or before 09.11.2022, would result in rejection of Appeal. On making such deposit, Registrar shall invest the same in a Nationalized Bank for a reasonable period and renew it periodically, till further orders are passed.
Post the case on 10.11.2022, for compliance of deposit.
