Miscellaneous Appeal No. 151/2021
This is an appeal filed by the appellant bank against the impugned order dated 18.08.2021 passed by Ld. DRT-III, Delhi in S.A. No. 125/2021 whereby parties are directed to maintain status quo in respect of the property in question.
Ld. Counsel for appellant states that Ld. DRT-III, Delhi may be directed to dispose of S.A. No. 125/2021 as expeditiously as possible as auction has already been conducted and sale certificate has also been issued on 18.05.2021. Ld. Counsel for appellant bank further states that now case has been transferred to Ld. DRT-I, Delhi as per Gazette Notification dated 04.10.2022 issued by Govt. of India, Department of Financial services, Ministry of Finance.
Heard. Ld. DRT-I, Delhi is requested to take up matter on 09.01.2023, and if it is not possible to take up the matter on the said date, then to take it up immediately thereafter, and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
With the above direction, the present appeal stands disposed of.
