In the present matter order 06.09.2022 has been received from Hon’ble Delhi High Court, whereby it has been directed to dispose of the matter at the earliest. However, conduct of the appellant bank is not satisfactory as on the one hand it has requested the Hon’ble High Court for early disposal of the matter by this Tribunal and on the other, it has even failed to serve the notice upon the respondents till date.
Ld. Counsel for appellant bank seeks some time to serve the respondents and to file the affidavit of service.
