This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Ld. Counsel for respondents states that settlement talks are going on and the respondents have deposited 10% of the settlement amount and the respondents’ proposal for settlement has been sent to head office of the bank. Ld. Counsel for appellant however states that she has no instruction in this regard.
I don’t find any reason to disbelieve the statement of the Ld. Counsel for respondents made at Bar.
List the matter for 22.11.2022 for settlement, failing which for argument .
