This is an appeal filed by the appellant FI seeking setting aside of the order dated 04.05.2022 whereby status quo was granted to the respondents with respect to common passage, common stairs and portion of the house occupied by the respondents herein.
Ld. Counsel for appellant states that next date of hearing before the Ld. DRT is fixed for 10.01.2023 and the Ld. DRT may be directed to take up the matter on the said date and dispose of the same at the earliest.
Heard. Ld. DRT is directed to take up the matter on the next date i.e. 10.01.2023 and dispose of the same expeditiously. In case for any reason the matter is not taken up on 10.01.2023, then it should be taken up on a date immediately thereafter and dispose of the same expeditiously.
With the above direction, the miscellaneous application is disposed of.
