- The Appellants’ counsel is not present today and one of the Appellants in-person seeks adjournment.
- While accepting the pre-deposit u/s 18 (1) of the SARFAESI Act, the status-quo as on the date of filing the Appeal was ordered, and therefore, despite the sale having been confirmed the auction purchaser had not been given possession of the property. The auctioneer who is the second Respondent herein is anxious to get possession of the property and also filed I.A. No. 527/2022 for vacating the stay.
