This matter has been taken up by me through Video Conferencing.
Learned counsel for both the parties submit that the matter stands settled and the DRT may be requested to take up the O.A No.523/2021 and dispose of the same in view of the settlement. Accordingly, the DRT is requested to take up the O.A. on the next date, i.e. 24.08.2022 and do the needful in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties.
In case any party moves an application for early hearing, DRT will sympathetically consider that request and do the needful.
With the above direction, this appeal is disposed of. In case of any grievance, parties are at liberty to approach this Tribunal for appropriate relief.
