This miscellaneous appeal has been filed against the order dated 07.10.2022 whereby the I.A. filed by the appellants for amendment of the written statement has been dismissed by the DRT.
Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 informs that appellant no.1 has expired sometime in 2021 and his LRs are to be impleaded. Learned counsel for appellants states LRs of the appellant no.1 are already on record as appellants 2 and 3 and he will, however, move a formal application for bringing them on record as LRs of the deceased. Let the needful be done within a week. Advance copy of the application be supplied to the learned counsel for respondent no.1.
List for 18.11.2022 for disposal of the application, if filed, and the appeal.
