Heard learned counsel for the parties. Learned counsel for the respondent states that a proposal for settlement is pending with the respondent and the appellant has to deposit Rs.9.50 lakhs for one time settlement.
Learned counsel for the appellant, however, submits that he has not been provided with the latest calculation or statement of account. Learned counsel for respondent states that he will supply the same to the learned counsel for appellant today itself through e-mail.
