Learned counsel for appellant submits that he has filed a copy of the order dated 09.05.2022 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana, directing this Tribunal to decide the Miscellaneous Appeal No.126/2021 on the next date of hearing or within a reasonable time of four weeks thereafter.
Learned counsels for both the parties request for an adjournment today. As there is a direction from the Hon’ble High Court to decide the matter in a timebound manner, this matter is adjourned to 15.07.2022.
