This matter has been taken up through Video Conferencing (VC) because of suspension of physical hearing of cases in DRAT due to spread of Corona virus in the city.
The Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that she has supplied the copy of appeal along with documents through mail to the counsel for the respondent but she has not filed the service report.
The counsel for Appellant is directed to file the service report on or before the next date of hearing i.e. 07.03.2022.
