This application is filed seeking refund of pre-deposit amount.
Advocate for appellant submitted that Appeal MA(SA) 124/2013 is disposed of on 30.8.2022 and appellant is entitled for refund of statutory deposit made as per orders of this Tribunal dated 23.12.2016 in IA 667/2014 (Waiver). Other side, i.e., R1 bank having taken time for filing counter, did not file any counter.
Therefore, considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, application is allowed as prayed for and Registry shall refund the deposited amount with accrued interest, if any.
