This is an application moved by the appellant for early hearing on the ground that an order has been passed by the Ld. PO, DRT-II Chandigarh on 10.05.2022 wherein the P.O. has stayed the auction and the matter is listed for 03.08.2022.
Heard. The matter is already fixed for 06.09.2022 before this Tribunal. Issue notice to respondents for the said date by all permissible modes. The matter will be heard on the said date.
The application for early hearing is disposed of accordingly.
