Scrutiny of the application observed the followings:
The application has been filed on behalf of Mr. Manoj Asopa against the pending before DRT-1, Kolkata arising out of IA/118/2021 & IA/119/2021 in OA/175/2018 in RC/81/2005. Application fees of Rs.255/- vide T.R. no.115321 dt.08-11-2021 has been paid along with the application.
