As regards delay, Ld. Counsel states that there is no delay in filing the instant appeal. The impugned order was passed on 17.06.2022, 18th and 19th June 2022 were holidays (Saturday and Sunday). The appeal has been filed on line on 18.07.2022. Moreover the free certified copy of the impugned order was issued on 06.07.2022. The defects is reconciled.
No pre deposit has been made. Waiver Application has been filed. Ld. Counsel states that mortgaged property sold by Bank. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue this point before Hon’ble Court.
The instant Appeal is filed under section 20 of the RDB Act against final order dated 17.06.2022 of DRT, Lucknow in M. A. No. 23 of 2022. Waiver Application (I.A. No. 218/2022) filed with the Appeal.
