No pre-deposit has been made. Ld. Counsel states that Waiver Application has been filed along with the Appeal. The property has been sold by the Bank, and Ld. Counsel has stated in the Waiver Application that he is ready to deposit 25% of the debt after deducting auction amount as detailed in the application. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue this point before Hon’ble Court.
This Appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the Interim Order dated 31.03.2022 of DRT, Allahabad in S.A. 449 of 2021.
