The first Respondent has filed a reply to the application for waiver of deposit. In that reply, the exact amount due as of the date of filing of the application is stated to the ₹ 35,40,394/- and 50% of that amount would come to ₹ 17,70,197/-.
The appellant has deposited some amount towards the predeposit. The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellant is willing to deposit the balance amount. Hence the balance of ₹ 2,70,195/- shall be deposited within a period of two weeks. The I.A. for waiver of the deposit is disposed of.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent seeks further time to file a reply on the appeal.
Reply, if any, shall be filed within four weeks.
Orders made on the last date of the hearing shall continue. Post on 20.12.2022 for compliance.
