I.A. No. 491/2022 is an application for substituting the first Respondent Bank which has gone into liquidation and is now under the control of the official liquidator of the Co-operative Department. The Appellant seeks to implead the liquidator. The application is formal in nature. Notice has been served on the liquidator. There is no objection forthcoming and hence, the application is allowed.
The amendment shall be carried out within two weeks and an amended copy of the Appeal Memorandum shall be served on the Respondents.
Post on 06.12.2022 before the Registrar for carrying out amendment .
