I.A. No. 206 of 2022 is an application for extension of time to carry out an amendment which was allowed as per order dated 20.06.2014 in M.A. No. 691/2013.
The Ld. Counsel appearing for the Respondent Bank seeks time to file Reply to the application for extension of time.
Reply shall be filed within two weeks.
I.A. No. 212/2022 is an application for substituting the first Respondent Oriental Bank of Commerce which has merged with Punjab National Bank.
The Ld. Counsel for the Respondent Bank has no application to that application and hence that is allowed and substitution shall be carried out within two weeks.
Post on 11.07.2022 before Registrar for compliance.
