The matter is taken up for hearing by way of Praecipe dated 10.05.2022 filed by Appellant for seeking urgent relief.
Heard both sides on the I.A. No. 155/2022 i.e. application for the condonation of delay.
The impugned order is dated 19.03.2022 and Appeal has been filed on 29.04.2022 with delay of 9 days.
I have gone through the application for condonation for delay, accompanying Affidavit and herd the parties on delay, I find the reason stated therein with delay has to be condoned accordingly and no harm is done to the Respondent by condonation of delay.
Hence, I.A. No. 155/2022 for condonation of delay is allowed.
The Registry may number and register the Appeal upon removal of the defects pointed out by the office.
Post on 27.05.2022 before Registrar for compliance.
