THE APPELLATE TRIBUNAL :
Heard the Learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. During the course of hearing, it is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the Appellants that they are making all the efforts for settlement of the matter with the Bank. Learned Counsel prays that some time may be granted so that matter could be settled.
