Ld. Counsel, Mr. Anurag Bagaria along with Ld. Counsel, Ms. Riya Debnath are present for appellant and submits that postal service of summons could not be effective due to return back of all the envelopes sent by speed post. He also prays for service of notices through news paper publications.

Issue notice for newspaper publication and service upon respondents shall be carried out by way of newspaper publication to be published in two widely circulated local daily newspapers; one in English and another in vernacular. Affidavit of service for the same be filed by the next date positively.
