Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the account has been settled and the recovery proceedings initiated against the appellants have been withdrawn. He further submits that none appeared on behalf of the appellants on the last occasion and as the matter has been settled, therefore, the appeal may be dismissed as infructuous.
In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous. In case the appellants have any grievance, they may file application for recalling of this order, if so desired.
