Perusal of the earlier order dated 28.02.2022 shows that the learned counsel for the appellant was directed to take steps for service of notice upon the respondents no. 1 to 3 through publication in the newspapers, but the office report dated 13.05.2022 reveals that no steps have been taken by the counsel for the appellant for service of notice upon the said respondents by paper publication and further, the delay condonation application is pending consideration.
Learned counsel for the appearing respondents may file reply by the next date.
Let the steps be taken by the counsel for the appellant within a week for service of notice upon the respondent no. 3 through publication in the newspapers having wide circulation in the area. Affidavit of service along with proof of publication be filed by the next date.
