Learned counsel for the appellant states that nature of the property is being changed by the respondent-borrower, therefore, protection may be granted so that the same may not be changed.
Learned counsel for the respondent-borrower submits that they are not changing the nature of the property and they have no objection if the status quo order is passed.
In view of the aforesaid, the status quo qua the property in question, as it exists today, shall be maintained by all the parties concerned till next date.
List this case along with Dy. No. 148/2022 on 08.08.2022 for reply.
