Vide order dated 04.11.2022 the Appellant was directed to pay a pre-deposit of ₹ 1.25 Crores in two equal instalments. The first instalment was due on 25.11.2022 and today it is posted for reporting compliance. It is reported that the amount had not been deposited as directed and hence, the order of this Tribunal works itself out entailing in dismissal of the Appeal.
