Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.
The present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the final order dated 28.07.2022 passed by the DRT, Jabalpur in S.A. No. 242/2021.
The report of the Registrar dated 17.11.2022 shows that the I.A. No. 533/2022 being urgency application and I.A. No. 600/2022 being delay condonation application are pending consideration. The said report further shows that receipt for payment of deficit court fee of Rs. 47000/- has also been filed.
As the matter has been taken-up today on the urgency application, therefore, the same has become infructuous and is disposed off as such.
Issue notices to the respondents by two modes i.e. Registered Post with A.D. and Speed Post. Steps to be taken by the appellant within a week. Affidavit of service along with tracking report be filed by the next date.
List this case on 27.02.2023 for service.
