As per the order of this Tribunal dated 15.9.2021 passed in IA 213/2020 (waiver), the appellant has to deposit a sum of Rs.4.00 lakhs in two instalments. It is represented that the said direction is not complied with. As per the order dated 15.9.2021, the appeal is liable to be dismissed if pre-deposit as directed, is not made.
As the appellant has not complied with the order dated 15.9.2021, the appeal is dismissed as per the order dated 15.9.2021 for non compliance of pre-deposit.
