I.A. No. 304 /2022 is an application for waiver of deposit. The Appellants claim to have deposited 25% amount of the amount due in view of the Hon’ble Bombay High Court in Writ Petition No. 24293 of 2021. Therefore, the Appellants insist on certain interlocutory orders of stay. There is another hurdle that the Appellants need to cross which is the application for condonation of delay only then can the appeal be taken on the file.
The Ld. Counsel for the Respondent Bank seeks time to file a reply stating that the reply has been signed and has to come from Pune and seeks two days' time.
