Perusal of the earlier order dated 22.10.2021 shows that the learned counsel for the appellants was granted time to tender the amount towards pre-deposit and the registry informs that no predeposit has been made pursuant to the earlier order. However, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks further time to deposit the amount as ordered earlier. Let the appellant deposit the same by the next date, failing which the appeal shall be dismissed without reference to the court. In case the appellants deposit the amount, then list this case on 26.08.2022 for admission/waiver.
