No pre deposit has been made. Waiver Application has been filed. As per the demand notice dated 13.01.2017 was Rs. 13,09,792+ Interest (Page 44 of the appeal). It has been stated that Bank had refused to take the drafts of Rs. 19.12 lakhs. Counsel states that he will argue before the Hon’ble Court.
The instant Appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against interim order dated 02.11.2022 of DRT, Lucknow in S.A. No. 588/2022. Urgency Application (I.A.
