No pre deposit has been made. Waiver Application has been filed. As per Demand Notice dated 17.07.2021, the Bank dues was Rs. 2,73,94,567/- plus Interest (Page No. 111 of the instant appeal). It has been mentioned that the appellant had deposited Rs. 55lakhs in pursuance of letter dated 30.03.2021. Ld. Counsel states that he will argue before the Hon’ble Court.
The instant Application has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against interim order dated 20.10.2022 of DRT, Allahabad in S.A. No. 345/2022. Urgency Application (I.A. No. 550/2022), Waiver Application (I.A. No. 551/2022) and Stay Application (I.A. No. 552/2022) have been filed.
