North-West District, has, in the aforesaid order, observed that the second address of the respondent is beyond the jurisdiction of the said Court and therefore, in the interest of justice and for effective execution of the decree drawn in favour of the petitioner, it is expedient that the Execution Petition, Execution (Comm.)/90/2023 is transferred to the concerned learned District Judge (Commercial Court), North District, Rohini Court, having territorial jurisdiction over the address of the respondent’s residence.
