- The parties to the Settlement Agreement viz. Mr. Rajesh Jethmalani, Ms. Sharmila Ahuja are present in person in Court, whereas Smt. Mani Raj Kumar and Sh. Bharat Ahuja have joined the proceedings virtually.
- The aforesaid persons being parties to the Settlement Agreement dated 12.08.2026, affirm that all outstanding disputes between the parties stand resolved in terms of the said settlement agreement. They jointly request that a decree be passed in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 12.08.2026.
