Delhi High Court (Neena Bansal Krishna, J.) disposed of RFA 319/2021 (with CM APPL. 31790/2021), M/s Jupiter Tower Pvt Ltd v. LRs of Shri R.C. Tandon, and cross-appeal RFA 146/2022, R.C. Tandon through LRs v. M/s Jupiter Tower Pvt Ltd & Ors., pursuant to a Mediation Settlement dated 14.07.2026 ending a dispute recorded as arising in 1990. Under the settlement the Tandon family agreed to pay Rs. 30,00,000 to M/s Jupiter Tower Private Limited towards full and final settlement: Rs. 4,00,000 was paid at the Mediation Centre and the balance Rs. 26,00,000 was paid through four Demand Drafts of Rs. 6,50,000 each (Nos. 008314, 869260, 557712, 515533, dated 10.07.2026, SBI Air Force Station, Chandigarh Branch) handed over in Court and accepted towards full and final settlement of all claims. Ms. Kamla Tandon (deceased) is represented by her two daughters; Ms. Radhika Tandon, who has joined through VC and is also attorney holder of Ms. Shagun Tandon (her sister).

Parties have amicably settled their disputes vide Mediation Settlement dated 14.07.2026, wherein Tandon family has agreed to pay Rs.30,00,000/to Appellant / M/s Jupiter Tower Private Limited towards full and final settlement of their disputes. It is submitted that settlement has been arrived without any force, pressure of coercion and is voluntary and all parties undertake to remain bound by the terms of this Settlement Agreement.

As per this Mediation Settlement dated 14.07.2026, Rs.4,00,000/were paid in Mediation Centre and for paying balance amount of Rs.26,00,000/-, four Demand Drafts of Rs.6,50,000/- each, bearing Nos.008314, 869260, 557712 and 515533, all dated 10.07.2026, drawn on State Bank of India, Air Force Station, Chandigarh Branch, are handed over to Mr. Vishal Aggarwal, Authorized Representative of M/s Jupiter Tower Private Limited, today in the Court, which are accepted by him towards full and final settlement of all the claims.

In view of the Mediation Settlement dated 14.07.2026 and submissions made by the parties, both Regular First Appeals along with pending Applications stand disposed of.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that Mediation Settlement dated 14.07.2026 put an end to the dispute, which arose in 1990. This Court records its appreciation and efforts put in by learned Mediator Ms. Veena Ralli, in settlement of this matter.
